Coverage
One area, five services
RWB Snow Removal LLC works across all five New York City boroughs plus Nassau County and Suffolk County. That is a single stretch of road running from Staten Island and The Bronx out through Queens and along Long Island, and every RWB service is available across the whole of it.
The services do not change as you move east. What changes is what the properties need. City work leans toward tight driveways, building entrances, masonry and small commercial lots. Long Island work leans toward longer driveways, more siding and fencing, and more open ground to clear after a storm.
Not sure whether your block is in range? Call 347-517-9920 and ask. RWB is open 24 hours, with 24-hour emergency services.

Three regions, in detail
Each of these pages covers what the work usually looks like in that part of the area.
Places
The boroughs and counties RWB covers
Serving all five New York City boroughs, Nassau County and Suffolk County.
Brooklyn
Dense blocks, short driveways and a lot of shared entrances. Snow work here is often as much about the walkway and the front steps as it is about the driving surface, and parked cars are the thing most likely to stop a plow.
Queens
The most mixed of the five. Detached houses with real driveways in one neighbourhood, apartment property and small commercial lots in the next, which means every RWB service tends to come up somewhere in the borough.
Manhattan
Almost entirely building frontage, entrances and small service areas rather than driveways. Access and timing matter more here than anywhere else in the area, on snow work and on hauling alike.
The Bronx
A mix of apartment property, houses on hills and commercial frontage. Slope is the thing that shows up most in winter, because a cleared surface still needs salt when it runs downhill toward a street.
Staten Island
The most suburban of the boroughs. Longer driveways, more detached houses, more siding and fencing, which puts it closer to Nassau County than to the rest of the city in terms of the actual work.
Nassau and Suffolk
Long Island proper. More pavement per property, longer driveways, and the apron at the end of the driveway that the town plow fills straight back in. See Nassau County and Suffolk County.
Services

The same five services run across the whole area, on the same number, all year.
Questions
Service area questions
Do you cover all five boroughs?
Yes. Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, The Bronx and Staten Island are all in the service area, along with Nassau County and Suffolk County.
Are all services available in every area?
Yes. Snow removal, towing, junk removal, power washing and soft washing all run across the whole area. What changes between neighbourhoods is which of them people call about most.
What if I am just outside the area?
Call and ask. The map on this page is a rough outline rather than an exact boundary, so the fastest way to find out is a short phone call to 347-517-9920.
Do you work overnight across the whole area?
RWB is open 24 hours and provides 24-hour emergency services everywhere it works, not just in one part of the area.
